Working process:
 
1. Preparation is carried out on the web where you continuously can see how the survey looks on your device. The system automatically creates a report containing your desired charts.
 
2. You download your questionnaire via the Internet. If you have a Microting Terminal 5", simply download the questionnaire by docking the terminal. If you have a HTC Flyer 7" or a Samsung Galaxy10.1 ", download the questionnaire via 3G or WiFi.
 
3. Data collection is done offline. Hand out the device to the customers and expect very high response rates, as customers are happy to help when they are asked personally. The survey can be conducted in up to five languages.
 
4. When the survey is completed, data is sent automatically to microting.com via the dockingstation or 3G/WiFi.
 
5. At microting.com you can now download your reports as Word and PowerPoint. Your tables can be downloaded as Excel.
